Backyard Wedding Photography South Western Ontario

It's taken me a few years to realise but backyard weddings are my favourite to photograph. I think it's the sense of community of everyone pitching in and helping pull it together on the day that I love, combined with that I can capture everything with natural light. Essie and Frank's wedding in Alymer, Ontario has been one of the most laid back and fun weddings so far this year, and their style with vintage details and gorgeous colour scheme really resonated with me. 

Friendly neighbourhood Engagement session

I was extremely excited about this shoot from the moments that the words 'Take a vintage red couch outside' were uttered. The shoot was done in Angella's parents backyard and their neighbours yard. The couch is going to be used at the wedding at the head table and I'm really looking forward to capturing some more photo-documentary style shots at the wedding!
