Backyard Wedding Photography South Western Ontario

It's taken me a few years to realise but backyard weddings are my favourite to photograph. I think it's the sense of community of everyone pitching in and helping pull it together on the day that I love, combined with that I can capture everything with natural light. Essie and Frank's wedding in Alymer, Ontario has been one of the most laid back and fun weddings so far this year, and their style with vintage details and gorgeous colour scheme really resonated with me.

These shots were taken months ago now! I'm thinking I'l have to up the amount of blogs I write a week to catch up with all the shoots I've been doing! This gorgeous couple met me at a spot that Essie, who enjoys taking photos herself, had always had her eye on. With the 'magic hour' light I think we were able to capture a bit of their personalities and I'll be bringing you the wedding on friday!
