As I look out my window and the snow falls, it is very nice to look back on these shots taken in the middle of summer at the beach! Brianne and Craig are such a cute couple, it was so easy to photograph them because they would just be silly together and the love pretty much just exuded from them. Can't wait for their wedding next year!

Awesome Mondays Part 26
Last week we had a lovely time at Mount Hope, I'm hoping to do more in the new year during my slow season. My hope is to now fund the project myself, with the help of any donations and do at least 6 sessions a year.
The following shots were taken at The Alzheimer Outreach centre, with Hair by Mallory and Makeup by Michelle.
Karl is definitely a joker and asked if he could stick his tongue out in photo, he was also joking about getting his makeup done.
Ken didn't really talk but his smile certainly lit up the room!
Leah was excited for the makeover and photo to be taken, she even came prepared with lipstick, that she also used as blush!
Lydia had a big family with 6 daughters and 2 sons. We chatted about life with a big family and our shared love of dogs.

Urban Engagement Photography downtown London Ontario
Whenever couples ask me if I have ideas on where to do their engagement shoot, I always like to keep it as personal as possible and ask them if there is a place that is really 'them' or if they think the place where they first met, or where their first date would be a possibility. For Laurel and Jeff, that first place where they met happened to be Jim Bob Rays in downtown London. We started there and kept the urban feel to it because their backyard wedding that I'm really looking forward to next year will be a stark difference.

Creative photography London Ontario
Back at the beginning of the year when I saw about the popular Colour Run I knew that I wanted to do something with the coloured powder that is used. When I bought my car I found the perfect location and although it had overgrown a little we still make the most of the old decaying cars. I worked with a great team- Lily Black who is one of the most professional and talented models I've ever worked with, makeup by the amazing Shealee from Makeup and Visual Effects by Shealee, and Hair by the now Contessa Award winning Amanda Rendell at Studio H.
